Belonging to the specified product lists, and as a consequence, the need for certification is determined by the codes of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Trade (HS) and the All-Russian qualifier of production (CCP), respectively. Thus, if the code of your product falls into one of these lists, then the products must be certified on a mandatory basis.

On products not subject to mandatory certification can be issued a voluntary certificate.
